Cancellation

We can only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped out. If you need to cancel order, please contact customer service via email: info@hodosports.com or Live Chat.

Please confirm the order details, including the products, quantity, recipient name, and delivery address, before you place an order. The order details cannot be changed once you successfully place the order. We are not responsible for any delivery failures that result from incorrect information submitted.

Returns & Exchange

How long do I have to return an item?

Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 60 days of delivery date for unworn, unlaundered item(s) in salable condition.

Return Request Instructions

Here are the steps of how to submit a return request in the online store:

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click Request return.

Where do I mail my return or exchange?

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Can I exchange the products I ordered?

Yes! Need a different size or color? Exchange your item online via Customer Service within 60 days of delivery date. Contact Customer Service via email: info@hodosports.com or Live Chat to start your exchange.

How long will it take my return to be processed so I can receive my credit?

Returns are typically processed within 7 business days from the time your package arrives at our distribution center. You will receive an email of return shipping information and track the return.The refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment.

Is the return is free?

If the items received are damaged or not correct, the return is free.

If the return is due to the consumer, for instance, the items are unwanted any longer, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. You can use your own shipping method at your own cost.

Return Conditions

1. The item(s) can only be returned in the same condition and with hang tags attached.
2. Extra sale items & Free Gift are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
4. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-hodo products.
5. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
6. Each eligible item can be only submitted one return request.
